About Us

The Wadajir Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to community development. Its mission is to enhance community awareness and education, promote the progress of youth and vulnerable individuals, and foster unity, collaboration, and mutual support both locally and abroad.

The Wadajir Foundation establishes a continuous connection between diaspora members and local residents in order to work together towards unity and the advancement of social issues. It was established in 2017.

Our current base and the first school is located in Warder, in the Somali Regional State. The school is named Wadajir School.

In December 2024, Wadajir Foundation completed the first phase of the Wadajir School in Warder city, marking a key milestone in its educational initiatives.

The foundation continues to raise funds through appeals, events, and individual sponsors across Europe, North America and East Africa ensuring the sustainability of its programs and expanding its impact.
